About The Position

The Intake Specialist is an onsite, temporary role at Apartments at Three Bridges in Flemington, New Jersey. The position converts booked appointments into completed, document-ready intake files for the Compliance team. The specialist is responsible for appointment show rates, intake completion, and the quality of documentation handed off to Compliance. This is not an eligibility-approval or outbound-calling role; Compliance makes final eligibility determinations, while Outbound Coordinators handle cold calling and list management. The engagement is eight weeks at 40 hours per week, with two additional positions needed. The role reports to the Community Manager. Compensation is $25.00–$26.00 per hour. The posting describes the temporary position as having no benefits. The specialist conducts household intake interviews, prepares and reviews files, follows up on missing documents, maintains applicant confidentiality, coordinates with the Outbound team about appointment changes, and participates in a daily pipeline standup.
