Lease Up Intake Specialist

Conifer Realty LLC•City of Albany, NY
•$21 - $24•Onsite

About The Position

The Lease Up Intake Specialist is an onsite, temporary role supporting an escalated lease-up effort at North Gate Landing in Albany, New York. The position converts appointments scheduled by the Outbound team into completed, document-ready intake files for the Compliance team. The role is accountable for appointment show rate, intake completion rate, and the quality of files handed off to Compliance. It is an eight-week engagement at 40 hours per week, with two incremental positions needed. The role does not make final eligibility determinations, which are owned by Compliance, and does not perform cold calling or list management, which belong to the Outbound Coordinator. The specialist completes household intake interviews, prepares files and tailored checklists, collects identity, household, income, asset, and program certification documents, and reviews each file before hand-off. The position also follows up on missing documents within a 72-hour window, tracks aging, coordinates with Outbound about no-shows and rescheduling, maintains an organized and confidential onsite intake space, and participates in a daily pipeline standup. Compensation is $21.00–$24.00 per hour. The posting describes the engagement as W-2 temporary and states that it has no benefits.
