About The Position

The Lease Compliance Specialist supports lease compliance for affordable housing properties, reviewing and signing lease agreements for new move-ins and renewals. The role requires a strong background in affordable housing lease compliance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The position is remote and requires the employee to reside in California. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday.

Requirements

At least 2 years of lease compliance experience in affordable housing, LIHTC, HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, or other regulated housing programs.
California Real Estate License.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

Review lease agreements generated for new move-ins or renewals at each property daily.
Sign lease agreements for new move-ins or renewals at each property daily.
Ensure lease agreements adhere to applicable regulatory requirements.
