About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1–2 years of work experience in finance, accounting, lease administration, or property management.
Accounting experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents, including leases, amendments, and subleases.
Perform rent variance analysis and process rent payments.
Enter, validate, and manage lease data.
Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations for accuracy and lease compliance.
Review CAM and other escalations and real estate tax invoices and documents.
Track and maintain critical lease dates.
Resolve rent and other landlord/tenant issues.
Manage client, vendor, and landlord relationships.
