Provides Success Factors/Workday Learning Management System (LMS) support by assigning compliance and regulatory mandatory courses for global and other audiences. Manages LMS completions and corrections of courses for clients. Responsible for scheduling LMS course offerings, setting up assignment profiles, creating e-learning content, and reporting set up. Troubleshoots the LMS system, as needed for course errors.
