About The Position

Accenture LearnVantage helps organizations transform how their people learn and work by designing and delivering scalable, outcome-driven learning experiences. The Learning Experience Partner Manager joins the Learning Experience team as the learning design authority in the deal channel. The role handles requests from Solutions Architects, Partnership Leads, and Sales when a client or partner needs more than a packaged catalog offering, determining what can be delivered from the existing catalog, what requires customization, and what is outside scope. The position owns the accuracy and quality of Learning Experience representation in those conversations and the soundness of program frameworks handed to delivery teams. The role participates in client and partner conversations, deal calls, and proposal development; explains instructional design choices and pedagogical rationale; creates high-level frameworks for custom engagements; and helps teams set appropriate boundaries when requests would compromise learning quality. It also identifies recurring field requests to inform roadmap prioritization, creates reusable reference materials, and contributes to internal enablement. This is an individual-contributor position with no direct reports, reporting to the AI Product Lead. The position is US remote.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning design or instructional design for technical audiences, grounded in adult learning science, including scaffolding, retrieval practice, cognitive load, and assessment.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing or advising on enterprise-scale learning programs, including custom or bespoke engagements.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with sales, solution architecture, or partnership teams to support active client or partner opportunities.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing, advising on, or delivering learning programs covering AI or machine learning topics.
  • At least 1 year of experience using AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and quality assurance of written content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of at least 12 years; candidates with an associate's degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with learning content architecture, including how a catalog is structured, versioned, and reused across programs.
  • Experience building capability overviews, design rationale documents, or other reusable pre-sales reference materials.
  • Experience with learning measurement and evaluation, including skill assessment design and outcome reporting.
  • Experience enabling non-specialist colleagues, such as sales or solution architecture teams, on a technical or design discipline.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience with hands-on, project-based online learning at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Assess bespoke client requests to determine what can be delivered from the existing catalog, what requires custom design, and what falls outside scope.
  • Design high-level program frameworks for custom engagements that delivery teams can execute without further involvement.
  • Decline or re-scope requests that would compromise learning quality and provide reasoning that enables deal teams to communicate those boundaries to clients.
  • Join deal calls, shape proposals, and attend key deal moments at the request of Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads.
  • Identify recurring field-request patterns and surface themes to the AI Product Lead to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Build reusable reference materials, including capability overviews, design rationale documents, and explainers of what the team builds and how.
  • Contribute to internal enablement so Solutions Architects and Partnership Leads understand Learning Experience design capabilities before escalating requests.
