About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Learning & Engagement Task Lead to lead learning-needs assessment, semiannual gap analysis, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessment for a federal client. The role coordinates instructional design, acquisition subject matter expertise, learning systems, and training administration to align learning priorities with operational needs. The successful candidate will direct learning programs, establish curriculum priorities, oversee training delivery, and assess program effectiveness. Learning products must remain aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology, while priorities are updated based on user feedback and performance needs.

This position is onsite in Washington, DC. No active clearance is required, but TS/SCI is preferred; the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. The role is contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is identifying qualified candidates for a proposal and may contact selected applicants for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience in adult learning, learning-needs assessment, curriculum planning, and training evaluation.
• Experience coordinating instructional designers, instructors, learning systems, and training administrators.
• Ability to direct learning programs, conduct semiannual gap analyses, manage curriculum priorities and training delivery, assess effectiveness, and align learning priorities with client operational needs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent.
• Eight or more years in learning and development, including at least three years leading teams or workstreams.
