About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking an experienced Communications Task Lead to lead communications strategy, audience planning, messaging, channel planning, and editorial quality for a federal client. The role oversees internal and external communications, campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and client review of communications products. The position is onsite in Washington, DC and is contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is identifying qualified candidates for a proposal; applicants may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded. No active clearance is required, but TS/SCI is preferred, and the selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
Experience in communications strategy, executive messaging, and editorial judgment.
Experience managing internal and external communications channels, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage client review workflows, coordinate writers and creative staff, oversee editorial quality and channel planning, and assess audience feedback and engagement.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Nice To Haves

TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
Relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent.
Eight or more years in communications, including at least three years leading teams or workstreams.
