About The Position

MacMore is seeking a full-time Learning & Engagement Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The role is located in Washington, DC.

The Task Lead will direct learning-needs assessments, semiannual gap analyses, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessments. The role coordinates instructional design, acquisition subject matter expertise, learning systems, instructors, and training administration. Learning products and priorities must remain aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology, while incorporating user feedback and performance needs.

Requirements

• Proposed education target: a relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent.
• Proposed target of 8 or more years of experience in learning and development, including 3 or more years leading teams or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning-needs assessments, semiannual gap analyses, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessments.
• Coordinate instructional designers, instructors, acquisition subject matter experts, learning systems, and training administrators.
• Align learning priorities with operational needs.
• Keep learning products aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology.
• Update learning priorities based on user feedback and performance needs.
• Direct learning programs.
