Learning & Development Trainer
About The Position
The Learning & Development Trainer delivers Empower training to clients in person and virtually and helps develop the training content that supports it. The role focuses primarily on training delivery, helping clients move through implementation and go-live with confidence, and directing them to the knowledge base and Dark Matter Academy for ongoing self-guided learning. The position also supports the creation and maintenance of training materials, converts delivered sessions into knowledge base articles, and shares client feedback and training gaps with the L&D team. On-site travel is required for training.
Requirements
- Empower or mortgage LOS experience.
- Strong client-facing facilitation skills, both in person and virtually.
- Working knowledge of instructional design.
- Ability to travel for on-site training.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site and virtual instructor-led training for implementing and existing clients, including Empower System Administration, POS in Empower, and Aiva.
- Deliver Lunch and Learns and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Help build and update training materials, and turn delivered sessions into knowledge base articles.
- Share client feedback and training gaps with the L&D team.
