The Learning & Development Lead serves as the primary L&D consultant for the Cisco account, designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that support the account’s strategic objectives. The Lead delivers and facilitates leadership development, skills training, and onboarding in digital and in-person settings; aligns stakeholders around a standardized learning model; and develops the account’s L&D strategy in line with business goals. The role partners with HR and department heads on performance management, development plans for high-potential employees, and succession planning, while evaluating program effectiveness and managing the account L&D budget. The role has one direct report, an L&D Project Manager, and reports to the Global L&D Lead. It is part of a collaborative team and a fungible pool with the wider REMS L&D team as priorities dictate. The listing identifies the location as on-site in Chicago, Illinois, and states that visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
