About The Position

Under general supervision, the Learning & Development Facilities Coordinator manages training and development programs for employees and/or customers, and may coordinate the use of externally developed training programs. The role supports the execution of training programs for employee development and/or customers, including programs related to employee performance, satisfaction, career and leadership development, and succession planning. The coordinator manages training logistics, creates and publishes vendor webinar events through the Exceed learning management system, and organizes vendor schools at manufacturing facilities. The position also plans training events at Motion facilities and supports other Learning and Development programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and three to five years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
Experience must include managing internal and external relationships on behalf of an organization.
Detail-oriented.
Advanced communication skills.

Be a team player.
Able to assist in moving and shipping lab equipment.
Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for training opportunities in the responsible area.
Create live vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
Record vendor webinar events and publish them on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
Organize vendor schools at manufacturing facilities for trainees and other employees.
Attend and audit classes.
Plan training events at Motion facilities for employees and customers.
Support other Learning and Development programs and initiatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
