  • Working familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design basics

  • Hands-on experience with an authoring tool (Articulate, Mindsmith, or similar)
  • Some LMS administration experience preferred (Cornerstone a plus)
  • Comfortable working with moderate independence and interfacing directly with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own roster creation and management across multiple concurrent academies and programs
  • Independently manage the Orion University master calendar and event schedule; resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate timing with OpCos and SMEs
  • Coordinate logistics end-to-end for live and virtual events (scheduling, vendor/venue coordination, tech setup, materials, follow-up)
  • Attend live events in person as the on-site point of contact
  • Build and edit eLearning modules and SCORM packages independently in Articulate, Mindsmith, and AI-assisted authoring tools
  • Post, update, and maintain the Cornerstone course catalog and LMS content
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for SMEs, OpCos, and vendors on scheduling and logistics questions
  • Own participant communications (registration, reminders, follow-up)
  • Track and report attendance, completion, and satisfaction data across assigned programs
  • Maintain and improve checklists and process documentation for recurring program cycles
  • Provide on-the-ground research and training-creation support as program needs arise
