About The Position

Baisch Engineering is seeking a professional, upbeat, innovative Learning & Development Coordinator who is comfortable working with people at every level of the organization. The role supports employee development and growth by creating and maintaining training materials and programs, helping assess departmental training needs, and supporting onboarding and ongoing professional development. The coordinator will use approved AI tools to help develop initial drafts of learning content from company documents and records, and will work with technical staff, project management, subject-matter experts, and department leads to capture knowledge and provide employee-friendly learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Create internal training programs, guides, work instructions, videos, and e-learning content.
• Convert technical documents, standards, procedures, and project lessons learned into employee-friendly learning materials.
• Use approved AI tools to analyze company documents, standards, procedures, and project records and generate first drafts of training materials, summaries, quizzes, and other learning content.
• Organize and maintain the Baisch learning management system.
• Interview technical staff, project management, and other subject-matter experts to capture tacit knowledge.
• Collaborate with department leads to assess training needs across departments.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development programs.
