This role is primarily remote; however, periodic in-office attendance is required. The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for co-creating, coordinating, and promoting learning and development opportunities that support employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. This role partners leaders and subject matter experts across the company to identify development needs, assist in curating learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The Learning & Development Coordinator coordinates and supports learning and development initiatives, including training resources, eLearning content, videos, and employee development programs. Working with tools such as Workday Learning and Articulate 360, the role helps maintain learning materials and administer programs such as Inspire Mentoring and Spark Sessions, ensuring employees have access to meaningful development opportunities. Additionally, this position researches and recommends innovative learning solutions, evaluates program effectiveness, maintains training records and reporting, and ensures compliance with multi-state training and certification requirements to support audit readiness and organizational objectives.
