About The Position

GE Vernova is seeking a dynamic and proactive Learning Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our learning programs, driving participant engagement, and enhancing the overall learning experience. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, project management expertise, and a passion for learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in OD, ID, L&D, Education, HR) or equivalent experience (3 years in a related role in HR, OD, L&D).
  • Prior coordination experience of professional leadership experiences.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Solid project management and organization skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems and other key learning platforms and tools/software.
  • Understanding of budgets related to offerings.
  • Strong customer focus, demonstrates energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
  • Proactive and flexible, with the ability to work in an environment with ever-changing priorities within multiple time zones, holding oneself accountable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday Learning and CVENT is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously but also be a reliable partner to meet the team’s priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of learning coordination, planning and support including calendar management, faculty management, budget management, purchase orders, facility/venue management, and vendor management.
  • Partner with Learning Leaders to plan and deliver learning events including pre-event logistics and run-of-show coordination. Manage both virtual and in-person events with a strong focus on attendee experience, standard work, timeline adherence, and contingency planning.
  • Continuously demonstrate adaptability and impact through both remote and onsite support (virtual and in person ILT) across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Actively market and communicate learning opportunities through multiple channels. Serve as an ambassador for all learning opportunities.
  • Track and report relevant learning metrics. Flag trends for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide insights for improving participant experience and simplifying standard work processes.
  • Manage the administration of related programs and offerings in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other operational tools.
  • Partner with Learning and Operations team members on key projects and initiatives.
