About The Position
The Learning Advisor Senior Lead for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work is a strategic Human Resources professional responsible for identifying the Learning needs of the coverage area and determining appropriate solutions in alignment with the Learning Menu of Services. The role partners closely with business and HR stakeholders to deliver an integrated learning strategy. The position develops, executes, and markets learning strategies that address business and country priorities, leverages enterprise solutions, and drives performance improvement. It conducts root cause and gap analyses, advises senior stakeholders, supports learning governance and compliance, and facilitates in-person and virtual learning on leadership, professional skills, and career development. The role also measures and communicates training impact, manages the learning budget, collaborates across Learning and HR, and tracks external trends to anticipate future capability needs. The position requires appropriate risk assessment and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, sound ethical judgment, and transparent escalation, management, and reporting of control issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Learning.
- Capabilities in consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring Learning strategy success and impact, and project management.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to use data to tell a story.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and market a Learning strategy for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work that addresses product and country learning priorities, leverages enterprise solutions, and drives performance improvement.
- Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutions.
- Serve as a trusted partner and consultant to senior stakeholders in Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work.
- Advise on and ensure that learning products developed within Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work comply with standards and policies; work with SMEs or originators outside Learning to navigate Learning governance where applicable.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences on non-functional topics, including leadership, professional skills, and career development.
- Measure training intervention effectiveness and success, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Manage the learning budget for Citi Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth at Work.
- Collaborate with Learning peers and HR colleagues to provide an integrated and consistent experience for partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor external market trends and anticipate their impact on future capability requirements.
- Support partners in adhering to best practices and navigating Learning governance.
- Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies, apply sound ethical judgment, and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
