About The Position

The City of Indianola is hiring Learn and Play Staff to supervise children in the Learn & Play Center and organize and deliver activities and programs. Staff demonstrate and teach activities and must know and be able to demonstrate emergency procedures. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 10–12 hours per week. The schedule requires availability Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with possible evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM as needed. The position is open until filled. The City of Indianola is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• CPR, First Aid, and Mandatory Reporter qualifications are required.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Must be available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
