About The Position

This position is responsible for the overall operation of the line including safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves managing all company safety rules, regulations, and documentation, ensuring team compliance and up-to-date training. It also requires producing all product following production and packaging parameters to maintain quality standards, operating production equipment to maximize output, managing GMPs, supervising and documenting team performance, cleaning equipment according to SOPs, and maintaining control of all equipment and tools. The position also requires adherence to company policies and procedures, both written and verbal, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

High School Diploma, vocational school, or equivalent.
6 plus months experience in food manufacturing.
Mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and assembly of dough making, handling, and packaging equipment.
Familiar with SOP’s.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise, manage, build, and lead a team.
Ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum dough making experience required.
Minimum back up supervising experience required.
Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage all company safety rules, regulations, and documentation.
Ensure team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented.
Produce all product following production and packaging parameters to insure that quality requirements are maintained and documented.
Operate all production equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards.
Manage all GMPs, training, supervising, and documenting the team's performance.
Clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs.
Maintain control of all equipment and tools.
Follow company policies and procedures, written or verbal.
Other duties as assigned.
