Leadperson 5 - 2nd Shift
About The Position
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the line including safety quality and productivity. Other duties include: manage all company safety rules regulations and documentation; insure that team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented; produce all product following production and packaging parameters to insure that quality requirements are maintained and documented; operate all production equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards; manage all GMP s training supervising and documenting the team s performance; clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs; maintain control of all equipment and tools; follow company policies procedures written or verbal; other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma vocational school or equivalent
- 6 plus months experience in food manufacturing
- Mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and assembly of dough making handling and packaging equipment
- Familiar with SOP’s
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to supervise manage build and lead a team
- Ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Minimum dough making, and back up supervising experience required
- Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands
- Walking bending, standing, and some lifting required
- Ability to tolerate heights up to 30 feet off the ground on occasion
- Lifting of up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Ability to move heavy objects 100 lbs. with mechanical device
- Must reside in the United States
