This lean-thinking individual will assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily operational functions within the department, ensuring both safety and quality remain top priorities. You will help ensure that safety, quality, and pace metrics are met or exceeded. You’ll take on a leadership role that aligns with Watts’ Code of Conduct, Mission, Vision, and Values, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect. This position reports to the Machining Supervisor and is on site at our Franklin, NH facility.
