Requirements

High School Diploma, vocational school, or equivalent.
2+ years' experience in food manufacturing.
Mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and assembly of dough making, handling, and packaging equipment.
Familiar with SOP’s.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise, manage, build, and lead a team.
Ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum dough making, and back up supervising experience required.
Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands; walking, bending, standing, and some lifting required.
Ability to tolerate heights up to 30 feet off the ground on occasion.
Lifting of up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
Ability to move heavy objects 100 lbs. with mechanical device.
Must reside in the United States.
Must submit a resume to be considered.
Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date).
No written warning in the past six (6) months.
No suspension on record for the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall operation of the line including safety, quality, and productivity.
Manage all company safety rules, regulations, and documentation.
Ensure that the team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented.
Produce all product following production and packaging parameters to ensure that quality requirements are maintained and documented.
Operate all production equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards.
Manage all GMPs, training, supervising, and documenting the team's performance.
Clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs.
Maintain control of all equipment and tools.
Follow company policies and procedures, written or verbal.
Other duties as assigned.
