Requirements

  • High School Diploma, vocational school, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in food manufacturing.
  • Mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and assembly of dough making, handling, and packaging equipment.
  • Familiar with SOP’s.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise, manage, build, and lead a team.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Minimum dough making, and back up supervising experience required.
  • Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands; walking, bending, standing, and some lifting required.
  • Ability to tolerate heights up to 30 feet off the ground on occasion.
  • Lifting of up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to move heavy objects 100 lbs. with mechanical device.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Must submit a resume to be considered.
  • Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date).
  • No written warning in the past six (6) months.
  • No suspension on record for the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the line including safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Manage all company safety rules, regulations, and documentation.
  • Ensure that the team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented.
  • Produce all product following production and packaging parameters to ensure that quality requirements are maintained and documented.
  • Operate all production equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards.
  • Manage all GMPs, training, supervising, and documenting the team's performance.
  • Clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs.
  • Maintain control of all equipment and tools.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, written or verbal.
  • Other duties as assigned.
