About The Position
The Maschhoff Leadership Experience Externship is a three-day leadership development program for college students interested in agriculture and the swine industry. Participants will be invited to the company’s Carlyle, Illinois office from January 6 through January 8, 2027. The program includes an overview of the company and careers in agriculture, professional development, leadership-focused workshops, facility tours, and networking with industry leaders. Housing and travel accommodations are provided, and travel is reimbursed. The application deadline is November 13, 2026.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be enrolled full time in college.
- Must have a passion for agriculture and the swine industry.
