This twelve-month onsite Leadership Development Program is designed for recent graduates to build future leaders within Force Factor. The program is built upon a strong foundation in Finance, Product Development & Innovation, Supply Chain & Operations, Marketing, People, and Sales & Business Development, equipping participants with the skills needed to grow into future leaders and significantly influence the company's growth.

Requirements

Student completing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university.
Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
Performance track record that demonstrates high achievement.
Open to candidates from any concentration or major.
Performance-focused, results-oriented approach.
Strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to conceptualize and present new approaches and solutions.
Solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented, driven, and organized high performer with an insatiable desire to win.

Responsibilities

Participate in a twelve-month onsite Leadership Development Program.
Gain a profound understanding of Force Factor's business and culture through immersive training.
Complete six unique rotations in different departments across the organization, including People, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Science & Innovation, and Sales & Business Development.
Learn from seasoned professionals in various departments and develop a holistic understanding of the business.
Receive guidance and insights from the leadership team during program milestones.
Transition into an analyst role upon successful completion of the program.
Make a substantial impact on the business in an analyst role.
Continuously grow and develop within the organization based on achievements and performance.
