About The Position

Force Factor is seeking MBA graduates with 4-7 years of professional experience for its 12-month Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders within the organization, focusing on improving global health through innovative products. The culture at Force Factor is described as a fast-paced meritocracy that balances rational urgency with long-term thinking. Participants will engage in three distinct business rotations followed by a final rotation focused on Leadership and Strategy, with opportunities for mentorship under the CEO. The program aims to provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and immersive learning experiences to develop strong leaders who will play a pivotal role in the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at an accredited university, graduating in 2027.
  • A performance track record that demonstrates high achievement.
  • 4 to 7 years of related work experience, ideally from consulting, manufacturing, or CPG.
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Open to relocation or living in the Greater Boston or Bentonville, AR. Area.
  • Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Extracurricular, volunteer, athletics, or professional leadership experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to conceptualize and present new approaches and solutions.
  • Solid analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented, driven, and organized high performer with an insatiable desire to win.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in three distinct business-oriented rotations over twelve months.
  • Engage in a final rotation focused on Leadership and Strategy, potentially acting as a temporary Chief of Staff to the CEO.
  • Immerse in various roles within departments such as People, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations, Science & Innovation, and Sales & Business Development.
  • Learn from seasoned professionals and gain a comprehensive perspective on business operations.
  • Contribute to the company's growth trajectory through assigned projects and responsibilities.
  • Develop leadership skills through training, mentorship, and practical experience.
  • Transition into a Manager role upon successful completion of the program.
  • Demonstrate a performance-focused, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to conceptualize and present new approaches and solutions.
