About The Position

Greenfields Veterinary Associates is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to provide veterinary care for dogs and cats at its Mantua, New Jersey clinic. The practice has served Gloucester County since 1963 and offers wellness exams, vaccinations, medical and surgical treatment, emergency care, dentistry, and hospitalization, supported by advanced technology and an experienced, collaborative team. The Lead Veterinarian will have clinical autonomy to make medical decisions within a supportive team and access to structured onboarding, mentorship, leadership development, and career advancement programs. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and monthly production compensation with no negative accrual and unlimited earning potential. The practice is part of Community Veterinary Partners, whose network includes more than 600 doctors across over 148 hospitals in 18 states.

Responsibilities

Provide veterinary care for dogs and cats, including wellness, medical, surgical, emergency, and dental care.
Care for hospitalized patients.
Make medical decisions for patients with clinical autonomy within a supportive team.
