About The Position

Bowman Veterinary Hospital, a privately owned hospital in Auburn, California and a DVM Launch partner, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide high-quality veterinary care and help mentor the next generation of veterinarians. The hospital offers a welcoming, collaborative environment and relationship-driven, personalized care. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply and receive hands-on mentorship and onboarding support; experienced veterinarians may also grow into leadership or mentorship roles. The practice provides medical, surgical, and dental services, as well as integrative care including acupuncture and laser therapy. Its facilities include digital radiology, an in-house laboratory, and ultrasound. The role includes opportunities to mentor veterinary students during externships and clinical rotations, with pathways for professional growth in medicine, mentorship, and leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Requirements

DVM or VMD degree.
Passion for mentorship and teaching.
Interest in private practice medicine.
