About The Position

Valley Veterinary Hospital is a dynamic, expanding general practice in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, focused on providing high-quality care to small animals and their owners. The practice takes a progressive approach and is equipped with resources that allow veterinarians to focus on practicing medicine. Facilities and technology include laser therapy, ultrasound, digital radiography, a full IDEXX lab suite featuring Sedivue, and EzyVet computer software. A supportive administrative team assists with practice operations. The position offers a schedule of 36–38 hours per week and a base salary of $150,000 plus 20% percentage compensation. The benefits package includes professional liability insurance, an IRA with a 3% match, a health insurance stipend, DEA registration, professional organization dues, and personal and family pet care discounts. Paid major holidays and 10 days of annual paid vacation are provided, with additional time off possible through schedule adjustments. Continuing education support includes $2,000 per year for attendance at a national meeting and a month-long specialty and surgical externship in Buffalo, with housing, transportation, and associated expenses covered.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university
Licensure in good standing
