About The Position

This is a leadership role for a UX/UI Designer who will shape the product experience and build the design team's point of view. The role involves operating at all levels, from strategic conversations with executives to detailed prototyping. The designer will engage directly with customers, using their feedback to inform design decisions, and collaborate early with Product and Engineering to influence the product's development. The position requires the use of AI in the design process and an understanding of AI's role within product experiences. This is Assembly's first senior UX hire, focused on building the foundation for the future design organization.
