Lead UX Designer – AI Platforms
About The Position
The Lead UX Designer will join the AI Platforms team to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences for AI-powered applications. The role focuses on simplifying interactions with intelligent systems and developing conversational experiences for AI agents. The designer will collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, using HTML knowledge to support UI design and implementation and help ensure smooth design integration and delivery. The role also supports consistent, accessible, high-quality user experiences across applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with conversational UX, AI interfaces, or agentic design.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
