•$133,900 - $190,750

About The Position

UKG is building an AI-first suite for HR, payroll, workforce management, and workplace culture. This role joins the team developing Frontline Worker Network, a UKG-owned network connecting shift and hourly employees with curated services—including financial wellness, health, and everyday essentials—through mobile experiences integrated into the flow of work. The designer will collaborate with UX Research, Product, Engineering, Data, and service partners to shape experiences for workers, employers, and service providers. The Lead Experience Designer will take Frontline Worker Network from early concept through launch and continued growth, translating customer needs and business opportunities into useful, trusted, and accessible experiences. This hands-on role calls for strong product judgment, systems thinking, and design craft while balancing multiple audiences and the realities of deskless and hourly work in an evolving 0-to-1 environment. The position leads end-to-end design, uses research and product analytics to validate and improve experiences, establishes scalable interaction patterns and design foundations, and designs AI-supported experiences with transparency, feedback, user control, and clear system limits. The designer also raises interaction quality, visual craft, accessibility, and consistency through critique, design reviews, shared patterns, and mentorship.
