About The Position
We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead UX Designer with a strong foundation in product and experience design to join the AI Platforms team. In this fast-paced, innovation-driven role, the designer will use deep expertise in conversational UX and agentic interface design to create intuitive, user-centric experiences for AI-powered solutions. The role will help define how users interact with intelligent systems that can reason, act, and deliver outcomes autonomously. The work location is Houston, TX 77002, with a hybrid arrangement. The interview process is virtual.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Strong foundation in product and experience design.
- Deep expertise in conversational UX and agentic interface design.
