Requirements

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
Previous experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center.
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to pass all required background checks and state compliance requirements.
