About The Position

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The program supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and development through discovery and play. The teacher creates a safe, engaging classroom where toddlers can explore, build independence, and develop essential early learning skills.

The role includes designing age-appropriate learning activities, establishing consistent classroom routines, communicating with families, and collaborating with co-teachers and school leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• A minimum of an AA in ECE or a related field.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
