About The Position
As a Lead Technical Program Manager in the Corporate Sector - Employee Platforms team, you will lead complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. The role requires applying technical expertise to develop solutions while managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. You will use analytical reasoning and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change, align technology initiatives with business goals, and build productive stakeholder relationships. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies and support high-quality service delivery. The role also involves using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and reporting, with human validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to support program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
- Advanced stakeholder management expertise, including establishing productive working relationships and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Program management experience in vendor operations or workplace services.
- Track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables and align them with business goals.
- Assess program performance using analytical reasoning, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering learning and innovation within the team.
- Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
