About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensures familiarity with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. The role requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
