About The Position

The Children's Courtyard of Fargo is hiring Lead Toddler and PreK Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and support children’s development. Lead Teachers promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in their classes, manage classrooms, implement curriculum, and follow licensing guidelines and company standards. They also build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success. The role includes mentoring fellow Teachers and working indoors or outdoors while engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
