About The Position

As a Lead Teacher, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by creating fun, interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success. The role involves engaging with children indoors or outdoors and participating in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities
