About The Position

This is more than a daycare job: it is an opportunity to learn, grow, thrive, and play while inspiring children to become lifelong learners. The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences, supports children's development, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with families to support children's achievement and the center's success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children's achievement and support the center's success.
