About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. As a Lead Teacher, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners and create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class; lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote children’s achievement and support the center’s success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
