About The Position

The Surgical Tech 4 Team Lead oversees the surgical tech team in an operating room environment. The role requires advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. The Team Lead mentors team members and helps ensure the efficient functioning of the surgical services department. The role also assists with cleaning, restocking, and processing the surgical suite, instruments, and equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of a Surgical Technologist technical program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Certified Surgical Technologist certification through the NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
• At least five years of experience in a Surgical Tech position.

Nice To Haves

• CVOR experience preferred.
