About The Position
The Support Tech provides expanded support to staff in Surgical Services at Northside Gwinnett. The role cleans and services rooms, removes waste, completes special projects, inventories and restocks unit supplies, and obtains supplies and rental units. The Support Tech also assists adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and caregivers by performing simple patient care activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent education (GED), post-secondary education, or one year of work experience.
- One year of experience as a Support Technician or in another healthcare-related position.
- Hold American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
