About The Position

As a part-time Lead Stylist at EVEREVE, you lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You help make sure every customer is seen and connected with, bringing warmth, positive energy, and a passion for fashion to the sales floor. The role works a minimum of 15 hours per week and supports the leadership team with daily store operations, inventory, merchandising, and visual standards. The position is based at Town and Country Village in Palo Alto, California, and pays $22.05 per hour.

Responsibilities

Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling Experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team in daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
