About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Lead Stylist at its Station Twelve location in Amherst, New York. The role leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The Lead Stylist works at least 15 hours per week, maintains a warm and positive presence on the sales floor, and supports store leadership with daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and visual standards. The position also contributes to store sales goals and follows company policies and standards.

The role is suited to someone who loves fashion and connecting with people, keeps up with current trends and contemporary brands, and brings a growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and openness to coaching. Compensation is $19.43 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrating warmth and positive energy and ensuring customers are seen and connected with.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
• Team style with leaders and peers to deliver the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
