About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Inventory Specialist for its Station Twelve store in Amherst, New York. The role supports smooth store operations by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the sales floor, and by assisting with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations. Inventory Specialists work at least 8 hours per week and are expected to act in accordance with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Requirements

• Collaborative, with creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated in stores.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work at least 8 hours per week performing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process incoming shipments and review products for defects before placing them on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket new merchandise.
• Partner with store leaders and store merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish sold items daily and pull items for the styling floor.
• Manage fulfillment queues for web orders and orders from other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items being returned to vendors and process transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help maintain a well-stocked, organized sale section.
• Keep the backroom organized and clean according to company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has necessary supplies and packaging.
