About The Position

Part-time Inventory Specialists keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the sales floor. They also support markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations. The position requires at least 8 hours of work per week and may offer up to 30 hours per week. The listed pay is $17.66 per hour.

Requirements

• Collaborative, with creative problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company's HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work at least 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and check products for defects before placing them on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket prices for new goods.
• Coordinate with store leaders and store merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish items sold and pull products for the styling floor each day.
• Manage fulfillment queues for web orders and orders placed by other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items returned to vendors and process transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help the merchandiser keep the sale section stocked and organized.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the backroom according to company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has the supplies and packaging needed to operate.
