About The Position

As a part-time Stylist at EVEREVE, you ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You make sure every customer is seen and connected with, following the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role calls for enthusiasm for fashion and people, a warm and positive presence on the sales floor, and collaboration with leaders and peers to create a personal styling experience. You also support daily store operations, inventory management, merchandising and visual standards, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Maintain a strong, warm, and positive presence on the sales floor while demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Team-style with leaders and peers to provide a HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
