About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing attentive, welcoming service and using banking solutions and financial technology to deliver strong client experiences. You build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time position for 30 hours at the Amherst & Bridgeman Branch in Buffalo, New York.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Help clients complete day-to-day banking transactions and use self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch colleagues to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
