About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. This is a part-time, 30-hour position at the Patterson Branch in Patterson, NY. The role includes greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and meeting schedules, servicing accounts, opening new accounts, educating clients about banking transactions and self-service technology, and carrying out branch operations. You must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
