About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Lead Stylist (Key Holder) for its Levi’s store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder is consumer-centric, proactive, and open-minded, and models and coaches an excellent customer experience. The role supports customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations, and helps the leadership team achieve store goals through coaching, operational support, visual merchandising, and customer-focused initiatives. The successful candidate embodies the company’s values of originality and integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. They help train and coach store staff to model Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices, provide authentic customer service, and meet sales goals. The position requires reliable transportation, being at least 18 years old, and the ability to perform the physical demands described in the posting.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to move around constantly, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Ability to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow store-management directives.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
- Assist with getting products to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
- Assist store management with training and coaching staff to model LS&CO selling practices, provide authentic customer service, and meet sales goals.
- Comply with store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
